Why teach?
Today you will commence your online reflecting process by meditating and answering the following questions:
1. Why are you interested in teaching?
2. Tell me about a significant person, event, book or idea that made you want to teach?
Connecting theory to future practice through reflections
As educators, reflection must become a part of your everyday practice. Reflection allows us to deeply meditate and contemplate our actions and choices within the classroom. Ultimately, the goal is for you to become a reflective educator and a more effective educator. This of course will benefit your students.
You will be posting numerous reflections throughout this course, EDPE 4005 - Secondary Level ESL Seminar.
Welcome and enjoying your blogging experience!
